By the present writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent Life Insurance Corporation who is not SHOAIB ANWAR Digitally signed by SHOAIB ANWAR Date: 2025.01.13 19:53:45 +0530 2 reinstating the premium points center of the petitioner, despite the fact that the petitioner has already paid and deposited the late fees as per the governing circular dated 03.04.2024 issued by the LIC. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the LIC submits that the circular prescribed the delay in depositing the invoices beyond the limit period and the same can be condoned in accordance with the circular dated 03.04.2024. 3. I have heard both the counsels for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents placed in the writ petition. 4. From perusal of the document, it appears that the petitioner has deposited the premium and the same is on record, however in spite of the submission of the said premium before the LIC, though there is a provision of the condonation of such delay is there in the circular dated 03.04.2024, till date the reinstatement has not been done by the respondent LIC. Hence, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and if the petitioner has deposited the premium along with the late fees in accordance with the provision of 03.04.2024, he shall reinstate the premium point center of the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today. 5.
