The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 3, Gautam Buddh Nagar in Criminal Revision No. 227 of 2022, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 12.4.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gautam Buddh Nagar, whereby an application under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
