Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, Sri T. Sri Hruthik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel for the Gram Panchayat has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Ilavara (Respondent No.7) dated 08.05.2025 along with certain photographs. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: 3 “It is submitted that new statue was installed 10 feet away from odd statue in the same premises. Petitioner grievance that this gram panchayat taking steps to install N.T.R statue and Former minister later Damacharla Anjaneyulu is not true. This gram panchayat not going to install any statues in the old statue premises.” 3. The above extract would indicate that the Officials of the Gram Panchayat have removed the dilapidated statue and have installed a new statue in the same place. 4. In view of the above extract, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition as no further consideration is necessary. 5. The present Writ Petition is disposed of.
