The petitioner had filed a petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Sivagangai in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2020 and the same was decreed on 12.01.2024. As against which, the respondent filed HMCMA No.14 of 2024 and the same is pending before the Principal District Court, Sivagangai without any progress for the past one year. Hence, this petition has been filed. 4. A perusal of the B-Diary extract would shows that the appeal had been repeatedly adjourned for arguments on the side of the respondent, who is the appellant. 5.
