(Oral) While placing on record office order dated 14.7.2025, issued under the signature of Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, has been decided to be implemented and necessary consequential benefits shall be paid within seven days. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, this court finds that respondent-Corporation after having considered case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by this Court in Review Petition No. 249 of 2022 in CWP No. 4593 of 2021 and in compliance to order passed in the case at 2 hand, has enhanced the due and admissible Dearness Relief from the due date, which has been agreed to be paid to the petitioner immediately. Direction stands issued to concerned Branch to release the arrear part of the due and admissible DA/IR in accordance with the direction of the Hon’ble Court. Learned counsel for the respondents states that though in terms of aforesaid order, dearness amount/interim relief, must have been released to the petitioner, but if not, same shall be positively done within one week. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are disposed with direction to the respondents to ensure that needful in terms of afore communication, if not already done, is done expeditiously, preferably within seven days, failing petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation and execution of the judgment.
