The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioners. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 4 to 6 to release the withheld honorarium for the litigation period of 04/01/2017 to 12/06/2018 (i.e. almost 17 months) to the petitioners along with interest @ 12% per year. 10.3 Any other relief(s) deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the honorarium for the period from 1.4.2017 to 12.2.2018 has already been paid to the 3 petitioners and this fact is evident from Annexure-R/2 annexed alongwith the return filed by the respondents. 3. Considering the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to revive their prayer if cause of action still subsists.
