To retrieve the whatsapp conversation between late Mr.Santosh Kumar and Ms. Deepthy Mariam Jacob dated 23.09.2023 (Annexure-D) in the interest of justice. iv. Pass such other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit on the facts and circumstances of the case, including the award of costs, in the interest of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. The limited grievance of the petitioner that the additional complaint dated 07.11.2023 lodged by the petitioner No.3 before respondent No.1 has not been considered so far and as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and take necessary action on the said complaint at Annexure-H. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:4890 WP No. 7114 of 2024 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider the further complaint at Annexure-H dated 07.11.2023 submitted by the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law within a period of one month from today. 6.
