Sri Satyanshu Ojha, Advocate, has put in appearance by way of filing Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 & 3 and the same is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Satyanshu Ojha, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 & 3, Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the records. The present writ petition has been filed with the grievance that the services of the junior persons to the petitioner, have been regularized in the year 2021, but, the petitioner has been deprived of the same, though she has been retired as of now. He further submitted that there are certain other claims; as the minimum of the pay-scale has also not been granted to the petitioner and the other claims are also still to be decided. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation/claim before the opposite party no. 2/Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya and the opposite party no. 2 may be directed to consider and decide the same within the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akash Deep, Deep Narayan Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Prashant Kumar Singh Smt. Sudha Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Prin. Secy. Agriculture Edu. And Research Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsels appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case,the petitioner is given liberty to move a fresh representation/claim for regularization of the services as well as the other claims before the opposite party no. 2/Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya within the period of 15 days form today and if such representation is moved within aforesaid period, the opposite party no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the same within further period of eight weeks, in accordance with law. Needless to say that the order, which is under challenge in this writ petition, may be reconsidered in the representation, which will be placed afresh by the petitioner.
