JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA (V. J.) Order 13/06/2025 1. The accused-petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.98/2024 registered with the Police Station Nadauti, District Gangapur City for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506 & 34 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner is a lady. Learned counsel further submits that the present accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and she is in custody since 24.04.2025. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused named Rajbhansingh @ Rajkumar Singh S/o Ramsingh has already been enlarged on bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 03.12.2024 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14842/2024. Learned counsel further submits that the trial of the case is likely [2025:RJ-JP:23202] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6140/2025] to take its considerable time to conclude, therefore, the present accused-petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused-petitioner. 4. Considered the submissions made at bar so also perused the material made available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the fact that co-accused named Rajbhansingh @ Rajkumar Singh S/o Ramsingh has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 03.12.2024 and the present accused-petitioner is a lady, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. This bail application is, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
