Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.118 of 2025, under Section 137(2), 87 BNS, and Section 3(2)V, 3(2)5Va, SC/ST Act, P.S. Manikpur, District Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is also stated that on similar allegations the co-accused Mohd. Tahreem alias Sameer has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 13.11.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 10717 of 2025. It is also alleged that the applicant has no previous criminal history and he is in jail since 24.06.2025. It is also alleged that the applicant is entitled to liberty of bail on the ground of parity. 4. Learned A.G.A. Sri Dinesh Kumar Singh has opposed the prayer for bail, but he could not dispute the facts stated above. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case particularly the fact on similar allegations the co-accused Mohd. Tahreem alias Sameer has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench, it is a fit case for bail. The application is accordingly allowed. 6. Let the applicant Mohd. Kaif be released on bail in the aforesaid F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0118 of 2025 on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, on the following conditions: (i) the applicant will not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant will not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Yugal Kishor Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
