Heard Ms. Sandhya Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed seeking following main reliefs:- "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Opp. Party No.4 to 8 to return the money taken by them with interest within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Opp. Party No.2 to register the First Information against the Opp. Party No.4 to 8 in appropriate section for the cognizable offence committed by them in the light of Lalita Kumar Case." 3.
