In pursuance of earlier order, Shri Ravi Kumar Yadav, Investigating Officer, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich is present before this court along with the complete case diary. 4. Shri Rajesh Kumar Shukla, S.I., P.S. Kotwali District Bahraich is present through Video Conferencing. 5. Shri Narain Dutt Mishra, Circle Officer of City Bahraich has tried to connect through Video Conferencing but he could not be connected due to some technical error. 6. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present petition. 7. The present application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
