Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Police are not making proper investigation in this matter and not filed charge sheet though the Crime is registered on 06.02.2025 vide Crime No.6 of 2025 on the file of Bellamkonda Police Station, Palnadu District. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigating officer addressed a letter to the Tahsildar for verification of records and investigation is in progress and they will conclude the investigation and file a report as soon as it is completed. 4 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
