The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No.13 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 137(2)/96 of BNS, 2023 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the daughter of the informant are friend and on their own volition they have gone to Dhanbad and this petitioner himself has called upon the father of the girl and informed that she is along with him. He further submits that now compromise has taken place between the informant and the petitioner and the family members. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the girl was minor. 5. Considering that now the compromise has taken place between the informant and the petitioner as well as their family members and this petitioner himself has called upon the father of the girl and informed that she is along with him, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall 2025:JHHC:23872 -2- A.B.A. No. 4379 of 2025 be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Koderma in connection with Chandwara P.S.
