Sridevan for petitioners is naturally very happy with the submissions made by Shri, Om Prakash. 5. Therefore, the impugned order dated 10.01.2025 is hereby quashed and set aside. The writ petition is disposed of. All rights and contentions are kept open. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3286 of 2025 seeking leave to permit petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered and W.M.P.No.3287 of 2025 also stands disposed of.
