THIS PETITION, COMING ON ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime submits that, petitioner who is a student is in custody from 03.07.2024. CWs-1, 2 and 19 are the witnesses, who were present at the spot of crime, when the murder was committed and when the petitioner had quarreled with the deceased, immediately prior to committing the murder. He submits that petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application after examination of CWs-1, 2 and 19 is completed before the Trial Court. Learned High Court Government Pleader does not seriously oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
