Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State. 2. For the order proposed, the notice to respondent no.4 and 5 is dispensed with. 3. By means of present application filed u/s 529 BNSS applicants have approached this Court for expediting the hearing of interim relief application filed in pending Revision bearing Revision No.253/2025 (Rasheed Ahmed Kha Vs. State of U.P.) before Session Judge, Ambedkar Nagar. 4. The applicants are pressing urgency and claiming that they could be dispossessed in the garb of order under Revision. 5. The Session Judge, Ambedkar Nagar is directed to expedite the hearing of interim relief application so filed in Revision and shall make endeavour to decide the same after hearing all the parties including respondent no.4 & 5 on 12.12.2025 which is said to be the date fixed, or within a maximum period of next two weeks. 6.
