Heard Shri Mahesh Chandra Shukla, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Avishesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Instant appeal under Section 14-A(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred against the chargesheet no.01, dated 23.07.2020 as well as summoning order dated 15.10.2020 passed by Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Lucknow in S.T. No.1383/2020, State versus Bajrang and others in Case Crime No. 227/2020, u/s 147,148.149,452,323 504,506,427,325, I.P.C. and Section 3(1) Da, Dha of S.C./S.T. Act relating to police station Indira Nagar, Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that at this stage, the prayer of the appellants is confined to the extent that the appellants seek to appear before the court below for prayer of bail. The offences are punishable with a maximum term of 7 years of imprisonment, therefore, a necessary direction may kindly be issued to the court below to consider the bail application of the appellants in terms of guidelines issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellants. 5. In view of above prayer, the appeal is finally disposed off. The appellants are directed to appear before the court below within six weeks from today and move an application for bail which shall be heard and disposed of in terms of guidelines issued by Hon'ble Supreme in Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : Mahesh Chandra Shukla, Mohd.
