This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 not to evict the petitioners from the allotted patta land which is in the side of Ghaghara river situate at Village Kureen Bhitauli, Pargana Bhitauli, Tehsil Ram Nagar, District Barabanki and not to demolish their constructed houses over there. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation of the petitioners is pending before the District Magistrate. Learned Standing Counsel informs this Court that, as is evident from the representation of the petitioners, an agricultural lease was granted to the petitioner for a period of five years on 19.12.2003. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Barabanki, to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
