Learned APP has submitted that the present application is filed by the applicant, challenging the order passed by the Special POCSO Judge, Gandhidham, below Ex.140 and Ex.142 in Special POCSO Case No.3 of 2019. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present application, Special POCSO Case No.3 of 2019 has been disposed of by the Special POCSO Judge, Gandhidham and hence, the issue in the present application does not survive and the present application, has become infructuous. 3. Without much dwelling into the merits of the case as well as considering the fact that the issue in the present application does not survive and the matter has become infrutuous, as the order R/CR.RA/157/2025 ORDER DATED: 23/09/2025 passed below Ex.140 and 142, has culminated into the disposal of Special POCSO Case No.3 of 2019, the present application is required to be disposed of accordingly. 4.
