Page No.# 2/3 By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre arrest bail in connection with Khetri P.S Case No. 56/2025 registered under Section 316(2)/318(4) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 21(1)(2)(3) of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019. The FIR dated 22.06.2025 reflects that the society namely Unnati Trading Cooperative Society Ltd. was operating in the Khetri area and that the informant i.e., the Sub Inspector of Police on information that the society was collecting huge funds from the public in violation of the act had lodged the FIR. The informant further stated that the society was supposed to collect funds only to help its members but it was found that the same has been collecting huge funds under the Banning of Unregulated Deposits Scheme Act, 2019. Vide order dated 01.09.2025, the petitioner was allowed interim protection with the condition that he would cooperate with the investigation and should appear before the Investigating Officer whenever he is called for and in pursuant to the said direction, the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating officer and got his statements recorded which is reflected in the Case Diary. It is as such seen that the petitioner is corporating with the investigation and accordingly, the interim order dated 01.09.2025 may be made absolute with the further direction that he may comply with the conditions mentioned therein Page No.# 3/3 without fail.
