Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Ankita Shukla, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- (1)“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. for extension of time. (2) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to extend the further time for surrendering himself before the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 concerned trial Court, as granted by the Hon’ble Court as per Paragraph 6(iv) by order dated 15.10.2024 in Cr.R. No. 53/2015. (3) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in favour of petitioner may also be given, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the Court’s order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court in Crr. No. 53/2015, he has moved an application for remission and the same stated to be pending and has not been decided therefore, he has filed the present petition for extension of time. 4. Considering the facts of the case, I am of the considered opinion that the present petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 5. All the pending applications stand disposed off.
