Heard Ms. Savita Jain, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging order dated 03.10.2025 whereby petitioner's representation for couple posting has been rejected. 3. It has been submitted that earlier petitioner had filed Writ-A No.9903 of 2025 which was disposed of vide order dated 01.09.2025 issuing a direction to the concerned authority to consider petitioner's grievance with regard to couple posting. 4. It is submitted that in pursuance thereof, petitioner had submitted representation seeking posting in either Hardoi/Lucknow Division or Kannauj but impugned order has been passed rejecting petitioner's representation only on the ground of petitioner having spent 13 years in District Hardoi/Lucknow Division. 5. It is submitted that once paragraph 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 clearly provides for couple posting, it was incumbent upon the opposite parties to have considered the same. It is also submitted that despite three options having been submitted by petitioner only two have been considered. 6. Prin. Secy. Medical And Health Service Lko And Another .....Respondent(s) dated 31.10.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and reiterates the aspects indicated in the impugned order. 7. Upon consideration of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and perusal of material available on record, the facts as indicted here-in-above are admitted. It is clear and as indicated in the impugned order itself that petitioner had submitted a representation in pursuance of directions issued by this Court indicating three places for posting. 8. Impugned order however has been passed rejecting his representation only on the ground that petitioner has been posted in District Hardoi/Lucknow Division for the past 13 years and therefore such a posting cannot be permitted. The order however is completely silent with regard to third option of Kannauj provided by petitioner. 9. In view thereof, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow is directed to re-consider petitioner's representation with regard to posting in Kannauj in terms of Paragraph 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 10. Decision with regard to same shall be taken within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. Impugned order dated 03.10.2025 shall be subject to final orders to be passed by the authority concerned. 11. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
