CONCILIATION ORDER Appellant and respondent filed a joint memo wherein the parties have decided to settle the claim made in the suit for Rs.12,50,000/- along with interest and cost. 2. Appellant has agreed to settle the same within 6 months from today without making respondent/plaintiff to file the execution petition. 3. The appellant submits that amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited before this Court on 18.04.2022 may be withdrawn by the respondent. The appellant will pay the remaining balance 3 amount of Rs.7,50,000/- within 6 months. Appeal may be disposed of in terms of settlement. 4. Joint memo is placed on record. 5. The appeal is disposed of is as per the terms of the joint memo. 6. Office is directed to refund the Court fee in favour of the respondent as per the Karnataka Court fee Valuation Act, 1956. 7.
