The petitioner is an accused in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 20/2024, arising out of Tonto P.S. Case No. 09/2024. 3. It has been alleged that the informant was subjected to gang rape by the petitioner and other accused persons. The victim in her evidence has supported the role played by the petitioner. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no chance of the trial being concluded in the near future and the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2024. 5. Regard being had to the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
