1. of the India seeking the following reliefs:- to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in passing orders vide D.D is. No. 1492 /2023/B dated 09-01-2025 cancelling the entries which stands in the name of the Father of the petitioner vide Khata Number 363 of i. Manesamudram Village as illegal and arbitrary and consequently Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order passed by respondent no. 3 in D.D is. No. 1492 /2023/B dated 09-01-2025 and pass such other order.

learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a revision petition under section 9 Rule 23 of the Andhra Pradesh Records of Right (ROR Act 1989) before the 2'^'^ respondent against the
order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Penukonda in D.Dis.No.1492/2023/B. The said revision petition is pending before the 2"'"^ respondent and as on date the matter is not taken up for hearing. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities will consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of respondent to dispose of the revision petition in accordance with law, within a period of four(04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. In the meanwhile, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by both the parties in respect of the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.
