The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to stop the distribution of fertilizers meant for the Society from the place from where the same is being distributed. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner himself is a member of the Society and apparently instead of raising the issues within the Society/in terms of the mechanism provided under the Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1965, filing of the PIL, cannot be countenanced. 3. The petition is, therefore, dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to raise the grievance, in accordance with law.
