Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Purbi Tundi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 345(3), 317(4), 317(5), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Satyabhama, J.M.F.C., Dhanbad. 4. On 07.05.2025, Purvi Tundi Police apprehended the co-accused Sanatan Hembram while he was travelling on a stolen motorcycle. He confessed that he has purchased the same from the petitioner Rafik Ansari. House of Rafik Ansari was raided, but nothing was recovered from there. 5. It appears that the name of the petitioner Rajeev Murmu @ Rajeev Kumar had also come during investigation that he was involved in theft of the motorcycle. 6. Mr. Raj Nandan Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that though a motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner Rafik Ansari but the same belonged to him. 7. Mr. Achinto Sen, learned A.P.P. has submitted that three motorcycles are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of Rajeev Murmu @ Rajeev Kumar. 8. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner Rajeev Murmu @ Rajeev Kumar, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 9. As far as the petitioner Rafik Ansari @ Gudi @ Gudi Ansari is concerned, I am inclined to release the petitioner Rafik Ansari @ Gudi @ Gudi Ansari, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner-Rafik Ansari @ Gudi @ Gudi Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Satyabhama, J.M.F.C., Dhanbad in connection with Purbi Tundi P.S.
