Heard Sri Virendra Kumar Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No.732 of 2017: Sanjay Kumar and another Vs. Gareebe and others, which is pending in the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, Court No.13, Barabanki. 3. A perusal of the order sheet of the trial court shows that the court is lying vacant since 31.08.2024. The petitioner has not filed any application seeking transfer of the suit to a court which is not vacant. There is no justification for issuing a direction to a vacant court for expeditious disposal of the suit. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. November 3, 2025 Ram.
