Devi, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No.1. 2. This is an application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution challenging the order dated 29.12.2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Karimganj in Misc. Appeal No.11/2010 affirming the order dated 02.08.2010 passed by the learned Trial Court. 3. A perusal of both the order dated 02.08.2010 as well as the order dated 29.12.2012 would show that both the Courts below, on the basis of the evidence on record, had come to a finding that there was no violation to the injunction order passed by the learned Trial Court dated 25.07.1995. 4. This Court also does not find any infirmity in both the orders. Apart from that, there is nothing to show that there is any perversity. 5. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to exercise its Page No.# 3/3 supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution in the present facts for which the instant petition stands dismissed.
