In deference to the order dated 7.11.2025, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri sent a report dated 21.11.2025 intimating therein that the appellant no. 1 Ram Dayal has died on 16.6.2022, the appellant no. 2 Sitaram has died on 30.01.2023 and the appellant no. 4 Balakram has died on 20.5.2024. The report has been forwarded annexing therewith the statements recorded by him and the death certificates issued by the Gram Pradhan. 2. The appellant no. 3 Paras Ram has already died and the appeal on his behalf has abated by means of the order dated 22.10.2019. 3.
