Verma, Additional Advocates General and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Though prima facie this Court is convinced that present petition is not maintainable against respondent No.6 at this stage, but having taken note of the fact that petitioner herein has been discharging her duties of NTT/ECCET/Nursery Teacher in different private schools from 01.06.2001 and in Govt. Primary School Gawali, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, for more than 7 years, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to respondents No.3 to 6, praying therein to relax the age criteria of the petitioner so that she, if otherwise found eligible, can continue to teach the students at the school concerned. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 appropriate order taking note of the fact that petitioner has been discharging her duties in different schools since 2001.
