It is seen that on the last date of listing also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The respondent Director of Health Services, Government of Assam, has filed an affidavit on 31.10.2018, wherein, it has been stated that arrangements were being made for facilitating drawal of salary by the petitioner in view of the fact that the incumbent in the post, in question, was allowed to continue therein on account of the interim directions passed by this Court. Page No.# 3/3 That apart, by way of an affidavit filed in the connected interlocutory application being IA(c)2346/2019, the Director of Health Services, Government of Assam, had further stated that the grievance of the petitioner is being looked into and would be settled. In view of the above position, it is presumed that the petitioner has got his relief in the matter and accordingly, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today and also on the last date of listing.
