None appears on behalf of the applicants to press the present application even in the revised list whereas learned A.G.A. is present for the State- respondent. No one appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2 also despite a Vakalatnama having been filed on 3.1.2022. This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet of Case Crime No. 32 of 2021 (State Vs. Noor Mohammad and 2 others) under Sections 323, 504, 506, 377, 342 IPC and 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, P.S. Manpur, District Sitapur as well as summoning order dated 6.10.2021 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act District, Sitapur whereby learned Special Judge has taken cognizance in the matter on 6.10.2021 and the petitioners were summoned in the matter. Learned AGA states that since the matter pertains to the year 2021, the prayers made in this application would have been become infructuous and the court would have been proceeded against the applicants. A perusal of the record transpires that despite being given several opportunities, none appears on behalf of applicants to argue the case and further that after filing of the present application, till date, no interim order has been granted in favour of the applicants. It appears that by efflux of time, either the parties have lost their interest or the matter has become infructuous. In view thereof, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.
