Heard Sri Dhirendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as also the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The applicant has filed this application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 343 of 2025 under Sections 115(2)/191(2)/191(3)/109(1), B.N.S., P.S. Gurubuxganj, District Raebareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is case of no-injury. He further submits that there is recovery of one mobile from possession of the applicant. He further submits that due to old dispute between the parties an altercation had taken place. It is also submitted that Pankaj Maurya, who is also accused in the present case, had received injury in the incident. 4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail, but he could not dispute the facts stated above. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that there is no-injury on the side of the complainant, it is a fit case for bail. 6. The application is accordingly allowed. 7. Let the applicant Dheeraj Kori be released on bail in the aforesaid F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0167 of 2025 on his furnishing a personal bond Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Dhirendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Dheeraj Kori .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) and two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, on the following conditions: (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court, unless his appearance is exempted by the learned trial court.
