This petition has been filed praying for quashing the impugned FIR dated 18.12.2024 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0374 of 2024 under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC, at Police Station Kunda, District Pratapgarh. 4. Learned AGA points out that a counter affidavit has already been filed per which in paragraph-7, it has been indicated that a charge-sheet dated 15.03.2025 has been filed against petitioner No.1, while no case has been found against petitioner No.2- Mohd. Akalam. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
