This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned FIR dated 22.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 80 of 2025 under Section 87 of BNS, 2023 at P.S. Sharda Nagar, District Lakhimpur Kheri and not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned FIR. Learned AGA, on the basis of averments contained in paragraph no. 11 of the counter affidavit filed earlier, states that the investigation has been concluded and the final report dated 11.4.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
