The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the aforementioned property and she has submitted an application on 16.08.2023 with the respondents, seeking issuance of separate patta for Page No.2 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.46695 of 2025 natham land in her name pertaining to the subject property. Since the said application has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s application, dated 16.08.2023, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner’s application, dated 16.08.2023, seeking issuance of separate patta for natham land, in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after considering the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit to enquire, within Page No.3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.46695 of 2025 a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
