In the light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal any further, which is accordingly, alongwith pending applications, disposed of as not pressed. 3. While disposing of the appeal in the aforesaid terms of the Settlement Agreement, we make it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms thereof. 4.
