When the mater is called out, learned advocate Mr. Bhunesh C. Rupera appearing for the applicant has submitted that the present Criminal Revision Application has been preferred challenging the order passed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Dahod in Sessions Case No. 10 of 2014 rejecting the discharge application of the applicants on 07.01.2025. Learned advocate has further submitted that during the pendency of the present Revision Application, the charge has been framed by the trial Court and one witness has already been examined, hence, the present Revision Application become infructuous. 2. In view of the above, learned advocate appearing for the applicant does not press for the present Revision Application. R/CR.RA/162/2025 ORDER DATED: 04/07/2025 3. The present Revision Application stands dismissed as not pressed and as having become infructuous. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the case. (L. S.
