KALYAN CHAKRAVARTHY R The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Bhami Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri K.Appa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Soma Raju, learned counsel representing Sri R.Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The above contempt case was filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 11.02.2025 in W.P.No.16996 of 2023. 3. The above writ petition filed by the petitioner was allowed, and the operative portion of the order reads as follows: “Given the discussion supra, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent vide Rc.No.602/E2/2021 dated 03.07.2023 (Ex.P1) are set aside. The matter is remitted back to the 2nd respondent. Learned 2nd respondent shall consider the application made by the petitioner, for compassionate appointment, keeping in view, the orders passed by the Division Bench of the composite High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.16242 of 2013 dated 20.06.2013 and another Division Bench in W.P.No.41931 of 2017 dated 05.06.2018, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 4. The contempt case was filed in October, 2025, and notice was ordered on 24.10.2025. After the filing of the counter-affidavit by the respondent, the matter was adjourned on 23.04.2026. 5. Thereafter, the respondent issued proceedings vide Rc.No.602/E2/E4/2025 dated 05.05.2025, appointing the petitioner on compassionate grounds. 6. An additional affidavit was filed vide CC.USR.No.54731/2026 dated 06.05.2026. Since the petitioner was appointed on compassionate grounds by virtue of the proceedings vide Rc.No.602/E2/E4/2025 dated 05.05.2025, however, with some delay, this Court doesn’t find any deliberate act on the part of the respondent, vis-à-vis, the violation of the order dated 11.02.2025 in W.P.No.16996 of 2023. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, and the order dated 11.02.2025 in W.P.No.16996 of 2023 has been complied with, the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings. This court doesn’t find any deliberate violation of the order, and thus, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
