This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Shri Priyank Tripathi who is Page No.# 2/2 apprehending arrest in connection with Jagiroad P.S. Case No. 116/2025 under Section 80/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Jagiroad P.S. Case No. 116/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 199/2025 dated 03.09.2025, showing the petitioner as an absconder. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 5. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 6.
