It transpires from the record that he represented the matter before the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 2 on 6th January, 2025. Learned Standing Counsel does not have objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent authority namely, respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
