ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 1858 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. 1.The present second anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No.821 of 2024 under sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Dewa, district Barabanki. The first application for anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 20.1.2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this court in Anticipatory Bail No.43 of 2025. 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant has not pressed any fresh ground to entertain this second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, it is rejected for lack of any fresh ground, being argued on behalf of the applicant. 4.At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be given liberty to move a bail application which may be decided in view of the judgment in Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021.
