The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissal dated 29-09-2025 passed by the District Basic Education Officer,Gonda. From perusal of the order impugned, it is apparent that the District Basic Education Officer, Gonda has proceeded in the matter invoking the provision of the U.P. Basic Education Teachers Services Rules, 1981 read with the Rules,1999, applicable to the government servants, whereas, he should have been proceeded in accordance with Uttar Pradesh Basic Educational Staff Rules,1973. The matter is remitted back to the District Basic Education Officer,Gonda to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
