This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned FIR dated 20.1.2025 registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 0016 of 2025 under Sections 326B of BNS, 2023 and 2 & 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act 1984 at Police Station-Lanikatra, District Barabanki and not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned FIR. Learned AGA, on the basis of averments contained in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the counter affidavit, states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet no. 33 of 2025 dated 20.2.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
