The petitioner has approached this Court praying for following relief. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 7.1.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Firozabad (Annexure no. 1) in Case N. 15 of 2025 (State Vs. Pramod Kumar @ Bantu) under Section 14(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (Annexure-1 to this writ petition). 2. This Court find that the petitioner has alternative remedy under Section 15 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 and no interference is called for.
