Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicants is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. This application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To quash the impugned cognizance and summoning order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar in W/S Criminal Case No.3623 of 2025, State of U.P. Versus Ram Narayan and others and Charge Sheet No.A-74/25 dated 12.03.2025 submitted u/s 191(2), 115(2), 351 (2), 352 BNS 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.0018 of 2025, u/s 191(2), 115(2), 351(2), 333, 74 BNS 2023 and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station- Jalalpur, District Ambedkar- Nagar as contained in Annexure no.1 and 2 respectively to this petition and further be pleased to quash/set aside the entire proceedings arising out of the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.01.2025 (Case Crime No.0018 of 2025) lodged by the complainant/opp. party no.2 as contained in Annexure no.6 to this petition, otherwise, the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss & injury which cannot be made good in any event." 4. After arguing the matter up to some length, learned counsel for the applicants submit that he does not want to press this application on merit and he confines his prayer only to the extent that applicants may be Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Akhand Pratap Singh, Rajendra Singh Chauhan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Ram Narayan And 4 Others .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Addl. Chief Secy. Govt. Of U.P. Home Deptt. Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) permitted to move discharge application through counsel and suitable directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection in grant of aforesaid prayer. 6. In view of above, it is provided that applicants are permitted to move their discharge application(s) through counsel within four weeks from today and in case any such application(s) are being filed, same shall be heard and decided expeditiously after hearing the parties, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order. 7. Till the aforesaid period of four weeks and during pendency of discharge application, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case. 8. In case of failure on the part of applicants in moving the discharge application(s) within the aforesaid period, they will not be entitled to the benefit of this order. 9.
