Heard Mr. Rajat Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3, learned counsel for the State and perused the records. Instant petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding to the opposite party no.3 directed to provide the relevantdocuments of the chargesheet of the petitioner and the inquiry report which was demanding by the petitioner under the RTI Rules(Contained as Annexure No.4) to the writ petition. 2. To issue a writ of mandanius directing respondent no. 3, Basic Shiksha Adhikari Hardoi, to furnish certified copies and related of the enquiry report correspondence (letter no BRC/2437/2023-24 dated 04.07.2023) sought by the petitioner through RTI applications dated 20.03.2025 and DPBED/F/2025/61580 in accordance with Section 7 of the RTI Act, 2005. 3. To issue any other writ, order or cirection in the nature and manner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the copy of the enquiry report bearing letter no. BRC/2437/2023-24 dated 04.07.2023 has not been provided to the petitioner. He submitted that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to provide the copy of the said enquiry report. Mr. Prashant Kumar, learned counsel appearing for District Basic Education Officer submits that the copy of the enquiry report dated 04.07.2023 shall be Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajat Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Prashant Kumar Singh Ajay Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with the direction to the District Basic Education Officer to provide the copy of the enquiry report dated 04.07.2023 bearing letter no.
