Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same, in light of paragraph - 5(v) of Government Order dated 06.05.2025, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
